As your appointments are very important to me they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As the services are reserved for you personally a cancellation fee may apply.
• Less than 48hours notice will result in your deposit being non-refunded if you reschedule your appointment before 48 hours you may use deposit for new appointment. 
• No Shows or no notice given will result in your deposit being non-refunded.
If multiple cancellations and or no shows occur, client may be refused future services
